Create your best future and join the Financial Crime Surveillance team as a Risk Analyst 12 month max term Based in Adelaide, SA Hybrid work available after training What’s the role? As a Risk Analyst within the Financial Crime Surveillance team, you'll work in the first line of defence, supporting key activities across Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Sanctions compliance. You'll investigate customer information, assess risk indicators, engage with customers and internal stakeholders, and make informed decisions that support regulatory compliance and customer protection. During your first 8–10 weeks, you'll complete a comprehensive accreditation and training program, requiring full-time attendance in the office. Once accredited, you'll transition to a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days from home. Key Responsibilities Conduct customer remediation activities through phone, email, branch, and correspondence channels Engage with customers and stakeholders through phone, email, and other communication channels. Review, validate, and update customer identification and KYC information. Manage customer communication lifecycles and compliance-related follow-up activities. Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate customer records. What do I need?
