In this role, you will support the effective management of operational risk through incident and breach management, controls uplift and insightful risk reporting.   This is a dynamic and fast‑paced role, operating within a complex regulatory environment. You will work closely with incident owners and internal stakeholders to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and help design sustainable and pragmatic risk solutions that reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence.   Key responsibilities include: * Conducting initial GRC incident investigations and working with incident owners to understand root causes and impacts * Managing incidents and breaches in line with regulatory and internal requirements * Identifying and supporting control improvements and uplift opportunities * Ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting through the GRC system * Preparing operational risk and incident reporting to support informed decision‑making     What You’ll Need    * 3+ years’ experience in Risk Management or Risk and Compliance, ideally within financial services or superannuation  * Solid experience with GRC platforms  * Working knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, including incident and breach management  * Strong understanding of controls management and root cause analysis  * Strong analytical skills with a structured, solutions‑focused approach  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly  * Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure environments  * High levels of integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters  * Commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic, risk‑based advice   Life at AustralianSuper  AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
