Job Description: In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title: Risk Analyst, NCT Location: Mumbai, India Role Description This position is part of the group providing data and MIS support services to the broader team called GCAF - GLOBAL CREDIT ANALYTICS FUNCTION. Technical Skills Good MS Office skills, esp. in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint/ MS Access. Should be adept in data search on Internet / Search Engines (such as Google / Yahoo). Basic knowledge of financial statements. Will be helpful if the candidate has experience in Bloomberg, Factiva, Bankscope and/or other such financial data sources Knowledge of VBA programming would be an added advantage Soft Skills Analytical skills to understand specific data requirements, basic knowledge of financial markets Demonstrate ability to search, collate and present data required by research analysts within stipulated time Good general knowledge and keen interest in financial sector developments across the globe While being a good Team player, must be a self-starter, pro-active in bringing new ideas and solutions to the table Must be a self-starter, be pro-active in bringing new ideas and solutions in data collation and maintenance of existing data sources (e.g. automation of data retrieval, building of templates in Excel) Education/ Qualifications Minimum Required: Any Graduate (Preferably Bachelors in Commerce / Economics background) Desirable: M.
