The available positions will be based out of our offices in Mississauga As a Risk Analyst, you will plan, coordinate and document the project risk management process. Using your strong facilitation and quantitative analysis skills, you will ensure that risks are identified, evaluated, quantified, mitigated and monitored following corporate policies and procedures. You will work with functional areas to identify business areas what can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. How will you contribute to the team? Risk Workshops •Support risk identification workshops with multiple levels of the project team •Work with management and joint venture partners to develop problem solving risk mitigation •Partner with project team to monitor risk mitigations •Work closely with planners to understand delivery expectations, identify potential risks and link risks to schedule activities •Maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current Risk Reporting & Quantitative Analysis • Analyzing risk and safety data to determine trends and key areas of focus •Strengthen risk reporting through the use of statistical analysis •Prepare internal and external progress reports to multiple stakeholders •Generate lessons learned reports relating to risks •Conduct risk evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods Risk Management Process Activities •Support the proposal/project risk management process and prepare risk management plans •Liaise with the Engineering Risk and Insurance group to establish insurable risk profile •Continuously look for improvements to the risk management process • Provide risk management training when required •Support the team when project is peer reviewed •Implement risk management activities in compliance with best business practice and corporate procedures •Utilize corporate systems and tools to support processes What will you contribute? •New Graduate in: Risk Management, Engineering or Business Administration. •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills •Persuasive strength with ability to motivate and lead •Facilitation skills •Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment •Written and oral communication skills. •Available to travel •Asset business / financial knowledge •Asset – Working knowledge of Power BI, Safran Risk, Active Risk Manager (ARM), @Risk from Palisade, Acumen and/or Primavera Risk Analysis(PRA) •Asset basic knowledge of insurance products All hires for this job posting will be part of our New Grad Development Program for 02 years.
