About the role:
As a Risk Analyst, you’ll work on the cutting edge of cybersecurity with the largest FinTech company in the world. While using your advanced technical skills to protect Worldpay from threats, you will partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and promote continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
- Monitors, analyzes and sample testing of sensitive - high risk merchant controls to ensure compliance with company policies and card brand rules inclusive of restricted content.
- Responsible for investigating content patterns flagged as unusual or suspicious.
- Collaboration with your peers in preparation of ongoing reports inclusive of merchant provided reporting of flagged URLs and content, independent sampling results, and actions taken for resolution.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, legal, compliance and fraud prevention teams to resolve complex cases involving sensitive material.
- Responsible for handling transactions and related reviews with a high level of discretion while ensuring privacy standards are upheld.
- Participates with ongoing feedback sessions to maintain a highly dynamic compliance program including up-to-date policy and procedures, input to improve the accuracy of systems and processes, and recommendation of efficiencies to procedural investigations of sensitive material.
What you will need:
- Hands-on experience with analyzing sensitive – high risk industries that pose increased reputational and card brand risks.
- Familiarity of high-risk merchant category codes (MCC) of applicable card brand rules and regulations.
- Ability to identify, adapt, monitor, and communicate potential issues associated with high risk and sensitive industries.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meticulously review and analyze large volumes of sensitive information without overlooking critical details.
- Proficiency in data analysis identifying patterns and abnormalities.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of maturity and professionalism when dealing with sensitive material, ensuring all actions comply with privacy laws and company policies.
- Ability to balance a solution focus mindset while maintaining acceptable risk tolerances for sensitive – high risk industries.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.
- Review significant events and advises business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.
- Perform risk assessments related to the Data Protection, Supplier Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps and potential process efficiencies.
- Document risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvement.
- Manage specific areas of exposure.
- Execute risk assessment activities and coordinating risk response.
- Review significant events and advise business owners, to prevent future recurrence.
- Performing risk assessments for data protection, supplier management and enterprise risk management programs.
What you will need:
- Experience in network security or server/endpoint security.
- A background in information security auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CISSP or CISA highly preferred.
- Risk assessment or internal audit experience preferred

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
