Your new role

• As Credit Team Manager, you'll lead a high performing team of Credit Analysts across both direct and third-party lending channels, while playing a key role in shaping credit strategy, team capability and operational performance. This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll work closely with senior decision-makers and have genuine influence over the future direction of the credit function.
