Our Commercial Division is looking for a Risk and Compliance Analyst. Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance, the primary purpose of this Line 1 role is to assist in managing the implementation and execution of the risk and compliance management framework, partnering with the business to ensure that current and emerging risks are appropriately identified, assessed, and monitored. The role will perform data/information analysis to assist with providing meaningful information on current and emerging risks to business.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting to prepare for various workshops with cross divisional/business unit stakeholders and provide insights on root cause(s), remediation actions and control improvements to support the timely closure of incidents & issues.
  • Preparing ongoing and ad-hoc reporting (risk culture & maturity, monthly R&C report, Quarterly Risk Declaration, Annual Risk Management Declaration)
  • Supporting the delivery of Risk Culture & Maturity Program including risk and compliance training plans, liaising with SMEs to facilitate ongoing training and awareness sessions.
  • Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance incident, issues, and complaints.
  • Supporting to maintain risk and compliance data quality in ORGS (Risk Management) system.
  • Performing reviews on Product Document Due Diligence (PDDD), Gift & Entertainment, Hospitality and Sponsorship
  • Performing quality reviews on adherence to the incident and issues functional rules
