A leading Australian organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning property development, construction, commercial assets, energy, and finance is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to join its senior leadership team.
This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Counsel, where you will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks across a multi-division business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain a robust, organisation-wide risk management framework.
• Identify, assess and monitor risks across multiple divisions; recommend mitigation strategies and continuity planning.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
• Lead regular risk assessments and compliance audits across the group.
• Develop and maintain consistent policies and procedures across all business units.
• Prepare high-level reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison for regulatory bodies and other external compliance stakeholders.
• Champion a strong risk and compliance culture throughout the organisation.
