About the Role: As the Risk and Compliance Manager, you will report to the firm’s COLP and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance, risk management and internal policies. This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has a passion for ensuring best practice and regulatory integrity.

• Oversee the firm’s compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external regulators on compliance and risk matters.
• Lead on internal audits, file reviews, and compliance training.
• Manage AML, GDPR, conflicts of interest, complaints, and data protection policies.
• Work with partners and senior leadership to continually develop and improve compliance procedures.
• Monitor and report on risk across the firm, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
