SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of relevant care sector regulations and standards
  • Experience with audit or compliance monitoring tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven auditing experience
  • Experience of working within the health and social care sector preferably at direct service delivery level
  • Registered Managers or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities

You’ll be supporting operational teams in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred services that meet individual needs. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that our compliance tools are aligned to regulatory frameworks and meet our contractual obligations.
You’ll be responsible for undertaking agreed audits, including health and safety, and providing coaching and support to managers on regulatory compliance and best practice.
