Description

The Risk and Safety Supervisor will assist the Director of Risk Management and the Risk Manager on all Risk Management activities on the premises. The Supervisor will maintain the daily property Risk Operations to ensure guests who have submitted complaints, and/or were involved in accidents are addressed accordingly. He/she ensures proactive engagement for the Risk Management Program to minimize guest accidents and enhances the guest’s experience. The Supervisor will also work with the Risk Manager and Director of Risk Management with ensuring all worker’s compensation claims are addressed and maintain health and safety record keeping such as OSHA 300 & 300A logs. The Supervisor will work with the Manager and with our Insurance Vendors in the handling and resolving casualty claims. This position will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, State, Local and Federal regulations. Centrally located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, The Linq is famous for its comfortable atmosphere and friendly customer service. The resort offers 2,640 rooms and suites, nearly 75,000 square-feet of casino space offering world-class gaming and 40,000 square-feet of meeting and banquet space.

Responsibilities

The Supervisor manages daily risk operations, addressing guest complaints and accidents to minimize risk and enhance guest experience. They also oversee worker's compensation claims, maintain OSHA logs, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
