Description Fairview Cyber is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns for our Risk Assurance team in Raleigh, NC. This internship provides hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and assurance services. Responsibilities include Assist in the evaluation and documentation of clients’ cybersecurity controls and procedures. Participate in risk assessments, including the identification and analysis of potential threats and vulnerabilities. Support the preparation and review of reports detailing findings, recommendations, and remediation plans. Help monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and frameworks . Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with team members to analyze data, conduct research, and present actionable insights to clients. Stay up to date with current cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices. Requirements Job Requirements Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Interest in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior internship or coursework related to cybersecurity or risk assurance is a plus, but not required.
