Risk & Business Continuity Management Specialist Are you a proactive risk professional who thrives on building resilience? We are looking for a Risk & Business Continuity Management Specialist to join our Information security and risk management team. In this role, you will be a key player in safeguarding our operations, reputation, and future growth by integrating risk management and continuity planning into our DNA. The position is permanent and full-time. As our specialist, you won’t just be identifying risks on a spreadsheet. You will be hands-on in developing frameworks and principal risks that ensure our business remains resilient in an ever-changing global landscape. Your work will bridge the gap between strategic foresight and operational readiness. Key responsibilities: Risk Framework Development: Implement and maintain the technology and cybersecurity risk management framework, ensuring consistent identification, assessment, and mitigation across Tech- department. Data driven risk management: Develop and evolve risk assessment methodology toward data-driven and scenario-based risk quantification 3rd party risk management: Assess and manage technology and cybersecurity risks related to critical suppliers and partners, ensuring requirements are integrated into vendor lifecycle processes. Operational resilience: Drive evolution of BCP toward an integrated operational resilience framework, defining impact tolerances, critical service recovery objectives, and resilience testing practices across technology and key third parties. Emerging risks: Identify emerging risks that could impact digital services, licensing, or customer trust. Strategic prioritization: Translate risk insights into prioritized actions and roadmap input, ensuring that cyber and technology investments are aligned with the most material business risks. Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Lead the development and updating of Business Continuity Plans. You will ensure that critical business technology functions can be maintained or restored quickly after a disruption. Risk Culture: Act as an internal consultant and advocate, training staff and management on risk awareness and BCM best practices in Tech-department. Impact Assessments: Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to determine critical processes and resource requirements. What we are looking for: Experience: 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, or a related field (e.g., Internal Audit or Security). Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a relevant technical field. Mindset: A "resilience-first" thinker who is analytical yet practical. You can see the big picture without losing sight of the details and you understand that the needs of the business come first. You see continuity as a business enabler. Communication: Excellent English skills (both written and verbal). You have the ability to translate complex risks into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders at all levels. Certification (Plus): Certifications like CRM (Certified Risk Manager), CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) or ISO 22301/31000 knowledge are considered a strong advantage.
