THE ROLE
As the Risk Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of the Risk team within the Governance and Assurance Services Unit. Reporting to the Director of Risk Services, you’ll assist in the delivery of high-quality advice, data analysis, and administrative support across the University’s risk, insurance, and business continuity programs.
This is a broad and dynamic role that supports all team functions from an administrative and operational perspective. You will manage a high-volume insurance inbox, assist in claims and renewal processes, support the development of risk reports and papers, and engage in university-wide risk and business continuity planning activities.
