Reporting to the Director of Risk Services, you’ll assist in the delivery of high-quality advice, data analysis, and administrative support across the University’s risk, insurance, and business continuity programs.
This is a broad and dynamic role that supports all team functions from an administrative and operational perspective. You will manage a high-volume insurance inbox, assist in claims and renewal processes, support the development of risk reports and papers, and engage in university-wide risk and business continuity planning activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing reports, presentations, policies, and operational documentation to support risk and insurance functions.

  • Assisting with insurance administration, including claims management, data collection, and support for annual renewals.
