• Risk & Compliance LeadA growing technology organisation is looking for a Risk & Compliance Lead to help strengthen its risk, compliance and governance framework.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can combine commercial business partnering with practical delivery. You’ll work across enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, privacy, financial crime, internal controls, policies, incidents and remediation.The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders but is also comfortable getting into the detail, owning actions and seeing things through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operation of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Maintain risk registers, action plans and compliance records.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements and support implementation of changes.
• Prepare risk and compliance reporting for senior management and Board-level stakeholders.
• Provide practical risk and compliance advice across the business.
• Review and improve policies, controls and governance processes.
•
