ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who has:
· Experience in a risk and compliance role within a professional services firm.
· Strong knowledge of SRA regulations, AML and data protection laws.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

As our Risk & Compliance Manager, you will:
· Ensure compliance with SRA standards and regulations, AML requirements, GDPR, and other legal obligations.
· Develop, implement, and monitor risk and compliance policies and procedures.
· Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks, providing recommendations for improvement.
· Deliver training and guidance to employees on regulatory responsibilities.
· Support the Risk & Compliance Partner with client due diligence, AML checks, and risk management processes.
· Work closely with senior leadership to drive a culture of compliance and best practice.
