Your initial focus will include:

• Establishing and embedding a robust first-line risk management framework;
• Reviewing and enhancing the existing risk and control environment;
• Working with Finance and business leaders to identify, assess and mitigate key risks;
• Strengthening risk registers, control documentation and risk reporting;
• Reviewing the effectiveness of existing controls and identifying practical improvements;
• Supporting risk and control self-assessments, including ownership and accountability;
• Developing and tracking risk treatment plans and remediation actions;
