• Assisting Line 1 Managers meet their risk and compliance accountabilities as defined in the company’s Risk Management Frameworks.
• Supporting the business to conduct their operations within the acceptable risk parameters
• Developing a detailed understanding of the Business areas in order to add value to risk management processes and promote risk awareness
• Working closely with the relevant parties to ensure the division implementation of requirements as a result of new and or changed APRA/ASIC regulations
• Supporting the review and update of relevant Divisional Policies, to ensure currency of content and ownership.
• Conduct BCP testing.
• Working with the managers to ensure effective and timely reporting & remediation of operational and compliance incidents in accordance with the company’s procedure.
• Collaborating with Group Compliance & Legal teams , and other teams such as IT Information Security, to support compliance incident assessment & remediation.
