We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Specialist with a strong background in regulatory compliance and risk management to join our UK office. In this role, you will support the EU Compliance and Risk management function holder by managing UK compliance and risk operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining the risk and control framework, and supporting the compliance oversight function.

• Work closely with UK Branch Management and senior managers across the Lemonade Group
• Design and implement UK policies, processes, and procedures
• Maintain the UK Risk Management and Internal Control Framework
• Support Lemonade’s Compliance and Risk management function holder through monitoring, assessing, and reporting on Compliance and Risk
• Support Regulatory Compliance through management of UK regulatory expectations, reporting and monitoring legislative changes
• Take part in the planning, execution, and follow-up of company board meetings and UK Branch management committee, contributing to how we shape, build, and scale our UK and European operations
• Advise and support Acquisition, Actuarial, Underwriting, Pricing and Insurance product teams on relevant and applicable UK regulations
