Job Description: On our 12-month Risk & Compliance Placement Programme, you’ll learn how we execute our global TJX business operating model and navigate ever-increasingly complex risk, resilience and compliance challenges. You’ll rotate around key risk domains (in either our Risk Assurance or Product Compliance team), working alongside a collaborative team, learning key technical knowledge and supporting strategic programmes and initiatives. In Risk Assurance, you will: Support in ensuring that we have the right systems, frameworks and governance in place for supplier-related activities Play a part in understanding the impacts of our people, processes, technology, data and assets on our business continuity plans Be involved in documenting enterprise-wide risks and controls and maintaining TJX's Risk taxonomy by partnering with our Legal and Internal Audit teams. In Product Compliance, you will: Support key strategic work that ensures the organisation understands and complies with regulations and safety standards - addressing key priorities and business opportunities Learn how we risk-assess situations to balance compliance requirements, regulatory impact and commercial decision-making Get involved in providing training and guidance to the business, as well as communicating legislation changes Who are we looking? Responsibilities

Participants in the Risk & Compliance Placement Programme will rotate around key risk domains, supporting strategic programmes and initiatives. They will work in either Risk Assurance or Product Compliance, learning to navigate complex risk and compliance challenges.
