• Key Responsibilities :Technical/Operations DutiesDevelop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and emerging risks.
• Conduct periodic enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register.
• Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and monitor risk appetite across business functions.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for executive management and the Board.
• Support business continuity planning and crisis management initiatives.
• Compliance ManagementEnsure compliance with insurance regulations, local laws, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal assessments.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
• GovernanceSupport the implementation of governance policies and corporate ethics standards.
• Ensure business policies align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate governance committee meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
• Monitor policy adherence across all departments.
• Internal Controls & AuditDesign and strengthen internal control frameworks.
• Work closely with Internal Audit to address audit observations.
• Monitor corrective action plans and ensure timely closure.
• Evaluate process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
