Description

We are seeking a Risk Coordinator to become a member of the Real Estate Finance Risk Management Consulting Team. Based in Toronto, and reporting to the Executive Managing Director, the successful candidate will be involved primarily in providing analytical support to the Team. Focus will be placed in large part across a broad set of functions related to real estate finance and insurance across Canadian property markets. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, operate effectively in a team environment and possess an interest in real estate and insurance risk management.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to be mentored by highly skilled and experienced professionals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment
  • Experience or knowledge of insurance fundamentals is considered an asset
  • Experience or knowledge of commercial real estate sector(s) is considered an asset

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced computer literacy, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and focused on accuracy
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Ability to work in French is an asset
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
