Business Unit: HR & Comms
Salary range: £24,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Location: UK Hybrid – London/Glasgow/Gosforth – (Expectation to attend a local HUB at least 1x per month)
Contract type: Fixed term for up to 12 months

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation and tracking of the HR & Comms functional budget and FTE
  • Support with the monitoring and reporting of risks and controls across the function
  • Provide advice and support to team members in relation updating the risk system and reporting incidents and breaches
  • Gather and collate relevant data and insights for risk and finance reporting, including the functional risk board
  • Organising and providing monthly updates and reporting for regular functional returns
  • Support with P2P and supplier management process where necessary, including new supplier onboarding
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with corporate standards, policies, processes and procedures and external regulatory obligations.
