JASARA PMC is looking for a highly qualified Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing risks associated with various infrastructure projects, ensuring that strategies are in place to mitigate potential issues. Your expertise will support the company's commitment to delivering high-quality projects that align with Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks in project plans and execution. Develop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risks effectively. Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project workflows. Maintain comprehensive risk registers and ensure regular updates on risk status. Prepare and deliver risk analysis reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization. Monitor changes in project scope and external factors that may introduce new risks. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in risk management software and project management tools. Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRM) are an advantage. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
