Responsibilities:
Arcfield is growing and seeking a Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist to support Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management for their customer’s COMM Directorate. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to identify, verify, validate, manage, and track a Risk, Issue, or Opportunity from development through operations and disposal and can cover acquisition, technical, or management. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.)

Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and execution of a risk, issue, and opportunity management program that meets the COMM needs to manage different levels of risks, issues or opportunities
  • Assist in the creation of a risk/issue/opportunity repository and providing monthly risk/opportunity status as directed
  • Support the development and maintenance of RIO To Be Determined (TBD) / To Be Resolved (TBR) resolution plans; providing monthly status briefing on all RIO TBXs in addition to facilitating the closure of assigned RIO TBDs/TBRs
  • Support COMM-level, and COMM Group/Office-level RIO Boards (e.g., compiling and publishing agendas, compiling risk, issues, and opportunities for review and adjudication, managing escalation from lower boards, address and track actions, and preparing and conducting t approved pre-briefs and briefings on top-level RIO status and issues
  • Update and maintain the COMM Risk and Opportunity Management Plan
