Description
The purpose of this role is to independently lead fraud management initiatives by delivering expert fraud risk mitigation strategies and services, while maintaining strong and effective client relationships. The role promotes fraud risk awareness and proactive prevention across client engagements, ensuring the adoption of robust fraud management practices. It is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage fraud risk within acquiring businesses and supporting the integration of an operational risk assurance model aligned with the three lines of defense. The position further contributes to achieving business objectives by strengthening the control environment through effective operational assurance activities and oversight. Additionally, the role provides credit risk expertise to support informed decision-making and recommends appropriate courses of action. It also facilitates the maintenance and execution of the Vendor Risk Management Framework, overseeing vendor-related risks, issues, and incidents, and guiding Business Units through all required VRM activities across the vendor lifecycle.
