Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits. Check transactions and generate different reports and analysis. Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery. Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc. Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
