Job Description MISSION : This position reports directly to the Regional Head of Risk Management, Asia Pacific (APR) and plays a key supporting role in executing the region’s risk management agenda. The successful candidate will assist in a broad range of risk management activities, ensuring alignment with group frameworks, local regulatory requirements, and regional strategic priorities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in alignment with group standards and local regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and support the development of risk mitigation strategies. Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, including the ORSA report and other required ERM filings. Prepare regular risk reports and materials for the Risk Committee and senior management. Coordinate with Compliance & Internal Audit team on internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and follow‑up actions. Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing risks such as operational and financial risks. Provide risk insights to senior management to support strategic planning and business decisions. Contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of local risk policies and internal control improvements. Promote a strong risk culture within the organization through awareness and training initiatives. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, FRM, CISA, CISM, or equivalent credentials are an advantage. EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally acquired within banking, insurance, or other financial institutions. Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, risk assessment techniques, and risk mitigation strategies. Knowledge of Taiwan’s regulatory environment and supervisory expectations. Previous experience in risk management, audit, or consulting is highly desirable. SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with senior management and cross‑functional teams. Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability and risk awareness. LANGUAGE Native Chinese proficiency. Business‑level English proficiency.
