Job Description We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our consulting firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating organizational risks across diverse client engagements. You will work collaboratively with senior consultants and clients to develop comprehensive risk management strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for client organizations across various ereas Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans tailored to client needs and organizational objectives Identify, document, and prioritize risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologies Analyze risk data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders and board-level audiences Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-making Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation measures Stay current with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for clients Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of risk management methodologies and tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Risk Management, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry Professional certifications such as PRM (Professional Risk Manager) or ARM (associate in risk management) preferred In-depth knowledge of codes and safety standards in Saudi Arabia Minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably within a consulting environment Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategy development Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO, or equivalent methodologies Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation with advanced Excel skills Experience with risk management software and data visualization tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly Strong organizational and project management capabilities Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry-specific risk landscapes Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams Preferred: Background in enterprise risk management (ERM) or consulting experience Preferred: Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery frameworks Preferred: Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM, or equivalent risk management credentials Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Aviation Direct Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: N-A
