Mō te tūranga | About the Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Risk Manager to support our business through expert oversight across Financial Crime Compliance, Market Risk, and Specialised Business Services (SBS). This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to embed strong risk practices, uplift control environments, and ensure regulatory obligations are consistently met. A key focus will be financial crime risk, where your expertise will help shape how we identify, manage, and respond to evolving AML/CFT and regulatory requirements. Provide trusted advice on risk and compliance across Financial Crime, Market Risk and SBS Strengthen controls and support risk uplift across business units Lead risk assessments, incident management, and remediation activity Partner with stakeholders to embed a proactive risk culture Monitor emerging risks, regulatory change and financial crime trends Support governance, reporting, and assurance activities Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
