Title: Risk Manager - GME
Facility: St. Joseph’s Hospital (Hybrid)

EXPERIENCE:

• Required - 2 years risk management
• Preferred - 3 years risk management in a hospital or educational setting
• Familiarity with Graduate Medical Education programs is highly desirable

EDUCATION:

• Required - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing

• Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with medical education, patient care, and hospital operations within the Graduate Medical Education (GME) framework.
• Collaborates with faculty, residents, hospital administration, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance patient safety, and reduce liability exposure.
• Develops and implements risk management strategies tailored to the unique needs of the GME program, fostering a culture of safety and accountability among trainees and staff.
