Ensuring reporting in accordance with MaRisk to the board of directors and committees with a focus on relevant and significant risk classes
Conducting the overall risk and operational risk inventory
Participation in the creation and updating of the risk strategy and the risk manual.
Participation in the development of a MaRisk-compliant overall bank management system
Coordination of the operational risk process (with a special focus on ESG risks)
Participation in determining risk-bearing capacity, including setting and monitoring necessary limits.
