The Role
We’re looking for a Risk Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) to standardise and strengthen project execution processes across the globe.
This is a new and pivotal role that will shape how risk is identified, managed, and mitigated across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure projects — from development through to construction.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified methodology for project risk management
• Define global standards and processes across all project teams
• Create tools, templates, and documentation to support risk assessments
• Lead risk workshops and coach project managers in best practices
• Build and maintain risk registers to ensure transparency and traceability
• Track risks and mitigation measures across the project portfolio
• Collaborate with internal departments (PMO, Portfolio Management, etc.)
• Support the scaling of PMO processes globally

What You Bring

• Experience in project execution and risk management – ideally in energy or industrial construction
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• High proficiency in German (C1) and English – essential for cross-team collaboration
• A proactive, builder mindset – someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and making things work
