Additionally, the role involves creating playbooks that standardize approaches while allowing flexibility for different team contexts. Level of Influence: The Program Manager influences through effective coordination, clear communication, and relationship building across teams and stakeholders. Success depends on earning trust through consistent delivery and reliable execution, facilitating effective partnerships between technical and program teams, and driving alignment on program priorities and timelines.
