Risk Consulting is a dynamic and impactful part of EY’s Consulting Practice. As a manager in our team, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high‑impact risk transformation projects. Your key responsibilities: We’re looking for Manager to join our team – Risk Consulting Team. In your role, you’ll: Lead projects risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients. Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities Manage a working team and will report directly to senior managers and above. Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence. Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn Work constructively with team Skills and attributes for success Self-motivated, positive attitude Good leadership skills. Good team management skills Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Good communication, writing and presentation skills Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point); Willing to travel to deliver projects. To qualify for the role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines. At least one relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.). Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement, risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting & finance, legal & regulatory compliance, or risk technologies. Provent track records and knowledge on Business Administration, Value chain, Business processes, Risk management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Accounting and Finance, Legal and regulations Excellent communication skills, with full fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
