We are seeking a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our operations. This role involves developing risk management strategies and working with different teams to ensure compliance and operational stability. Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks related to operations, finance, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and mitigation plans
• Monitor risk indicators and prepare regular reports for management
• Review internal processes to ensure alignment with risk policies and standards
• Coordinate with departments to address emerging risks and incidents
• Maintain documentation of risk assessments and action plans
• Support the development of business continuity and crisis response procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and risk management tools
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline is preferred
