JASARA PMC is seeking a proficient Risk Manager to enhance our project delivery capabilities as we strive to achieve the ambitious goals set forth in Vision 2030. The Risk Manager will be pivotal in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring that our objectives are met while maintaining safety, quality, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Establish and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the organization. Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on project goals. Work closely with project teams to develop and execute effective risk mitigation strategies. Regularly update and maintain risk registers to track identified risks and mitigation measures. Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Promote a culture of risk awareness by facilitating workshops and training programs. Continuously monitor industry trends and compliance standards to enhance risk management practices. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 15 years of relevant experience in risk management within the infrastructure or construction sectors. Thorough understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and relevant software tools. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Relevant certifications in risk management (such as PMI-RMP, CRM) are highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
