JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading risk management strategies that ensure the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, maintain project quality, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the organization's projects. Identify and assess potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, including operational, financial, and strategic risks. Collaborate with project teams to create and execute effective risk mitigation plans tailored to project requirements. Regularly update and maintain risk registers to ensure accurate tracking of identified risks and their status. Prepare risk management reports and conduct presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management across the organization. Continuously monitor industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance risk management processes. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in risk management, particularly within the construction or infrastructure sectors. In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and tools. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Proficient in risk management software and data analysis tools. Certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRM) are advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging project environment.
