Risk Manager - IT & Data Risk (m/f/d)

If so, we would like to hear from you.As a Data and IT Risk Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our risk management framework across Data Privacy, Information Security and Data Management. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the Bank's regulatory readiness and control environment.

  • Your Tasks Drive the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks within Data Privacy, Information Security and Data Management.
  • Identify and remediate gaps in policies, controls, processes and documentation within the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
  • Provide independent oversight and quality assurance across assigned business areas.
  • Act as a trusted partner for internal and external audits.
  • Support regulatory and strategic change initiatives, including ECB-related programmes and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal and business functions to embed regulatory requirements into day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to the further development of data governance, data quality and data risk management practices.


  • Your Experience Relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data Governance or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills with the ability to translate complex topics into practical solutions.
  • Experience working with audits, regulatory reviews or control assessments.
  • Sound knowledge of data governance, data quality and information risk concepts.
  • University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Professional qualifications in Risk Management or Compliance would be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and German or Dutch language skills are required for effective collaboration with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
