JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to be a part of the multi-billion dollar Borough Based Jail Program. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across a large-scale construction project. This is a fully remote, part time, 20 hour per month position for the foreseeable future.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant construction risk experience.
• Experience in design-build contracts in design, construction, or implementation.
  Hourly Rate: $50/hour - $100/hour

• Supporting the project team by providing risk assessments related to cost, schedule, and safety ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeframes.
• Collaborate with the project team to evaluate the impact of risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update the risk register, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting.
• Support continuous improvement in risk management processes and tools.
• Take on additional project related tasks on an as needed basis.
