JASARA PMC is looking for a Risk Manager (Supporting Delivery) to strengthen our project teams and ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure programs in alignment with Vision 2030. In this role, you will provide essential support in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a proactive risk management culture across our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 18+ years of relevant experience in risk management within the infrastructure and construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management software tools and project management applications.
• Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRM) are advantageous.

• Support project delivery teams by providing expert guidance on risk management practices and tools.
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment sessions, ensuring all potential risks are captured and addressed.
• Develop and maintain accurate risk registers for projects, documenting identified risks, assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align risk management strategies with project objectives.
• Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of risk management strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare regular risk management reports and present findings to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions on risk management processes to empower project teams.
