You will be part of Quality Assurance Team within the AML area. We are responsible for assessing the quality and outcome of many different processes across the bank and participating in updating and quality assuring existing guidelines and procedures.

We are facing interesting times as we are progressing towards next step in the broader Financial Crime Risk Prevention plan for the Group. That will entail new ways in some areas of our case handling alongside feed into building new processes. Therefore, you can expect to join a highly engaged and professional team, who works well together and experience that not two days will be the same.

We imagine that you bring:

• +2 years of experience within AML (knowledge of personal/business banking will be considered a benefit).
• Good experience in developing or working within quality assurance frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent abilities of quality KPI understanding and planning actions against gap analysis.
• Stakeholder management experience with ability to influence.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
