Major Responsibilities: * Manage all new and remarket quoting activity, including processing quote requests and updating outcomes. * Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, applications, and policy files. * Handle policy servicing tasks such as issuing policies, endorsements, and monitoring downloads. * Support producers and account managers with detailed presentations and timely communication. * Maintain strong working relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities within BayCoast companies. * Provide responsive client service and participate in agency programs and initiatives. * Adhere to agency standards, policies, and procedures while producing high-quality work. * Perform additional duties as requested by management. Qualifications: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages. * Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a complex environment. * Above-average computer proficiency; experience with Applied Epic, Comparative Rating Software, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and related tools. * State insurance license required. * Willingness to attend educational seminars; some travel may be required.
