Risk Product Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a dynamic team dedicated to support the growth in full compliance with Worldline’s merchant risk policies safeguarding our financial forefront, where every day offers the chance to make an impact in the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing.
We are seeking a Risk Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of First Line of Defense Risk and Compliance at Worldline Merchant Services Italia. Your role will be to ensure that the Company’s Risk operations and tools adhere to the Worldline policies over time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Contribute and lead multiple complex projects within Merchant Risk at one given time and deadlines
  • Supports and assures questioning and tailoring the projects goal and achieved results with the sponsor and the steering committee
  • Implement full project lifecycles, from initiating a project, business requirement definition and implementation, business training, including budget and schedule
  • Contribute and lead the change in the Risk Operations introducing the appropriate actions to support strategic initiatives, improve the processes and remediate the issues
  • Interact with all involved stakeholders the Risk Operations domain (e.g. Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Technology, Business,…)
  • Works on own initiative in fast paced environment while continuously striving for project efficiencies
  • Participate in the vendor management lifecycle in the Risk Operations domain from the relationship with the vendors, service agreement negotiation and service monitoring.
