The Research Analyst is responsible for the collation, administration and maintenance of data relating to life insurance/ investment & superannuation platform industry within the Australian and New Zealand financial market and testing of products based solutions. Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in Interpreting, analysing and providing comparisons of various features available within insurance/investment & superannuation products. Monitor, collate & prepare data on insurance/investment products. Ensure that product changes are applied to our software solution in an accurate and timely manner. Responding to customer and vendor queries. Software functionality testing of financial products solutions. Any other business priorities that are being directed by your line manager. What you will bring Strong grammatical and problem solving skills. General knowledge and interest in the financial services industry, specifically within the areas of wealth management advice. Interest in the production of software applications and ensuring that the end product meets the client’s requirements. High level of organisational and investigative skills. Strong computer literacy skills. A disciplined understanding of paying attention to detail & commitment to providing a quality service. Ability to construct thorough software testing scripts/procedures.
