Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: N6 Certificate in Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Risk Management, Forensic and Compliance The skills we need: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Effective time-management and organisational skills Proactive, hands-on, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Support the development of risk registers and maintain risk databases Perform basic impact assessments for identified risks Support daily security operations including access management and incident monitoring Assist with vendor security assessments and due diligence processes Maintain incident logs and contribute to post-incident reviews Help prepare compliance reports and documentation Create and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines Develop risk communication materials for various stakeholders Participate in cross-functional risk and security committees Help facilitate risk workshops and training sessions Record incidents on the security management system Assist with claims investigations when required This is a 12-month contract position.
