We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: N6 Certificate in Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Risk Management, Forensic and Compliance. The skills we need: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights. Good organisational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools. Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Assist in performing job hazard analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments. Support incident investigations, including data collection and root cause analysis. Help prepare incident reports and track corrective actions. Update and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) database. Participate in safety training sessions and help create training materials. Deliver basic safety orientations or toolbox talks to employees. Monitor and reorder personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory. Complete Health and Safety checklist as required Observe employee work practices for safe behaviors and provide immediate feedback. Contribute to sustainability or wellness initiatives tied to safety. Observe MHE operations in the workplace and identify unsafe practices (e.g., speeding, improper loading). Support MHE-related training sessions, including pedestrian safety around forklifts. Support audits and investigations of outbound and inbound stock discrepancies Assist with bin location audits Aid DC claims investigation and address order fulfillment queries Investigate customer queries in collaboration with CS Assist in reviewing of SOPs and identify potential risks and deviations Compile investigation and feedback reports Review and analyse CCTV footage Participate in weekly stock loss and departmental meetings Ensure that the risk department information management systems is up to date with accurate information This is a 12-month contract position.
