  • About the RoleWe are seeking a highly strategic and business-minded WorldFirst Risk Solution Head / Senior Manager to join our global Risk Management team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the ultimate bridge between our frontline business units and the broader risk organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the risk intake process for business innovations and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure our commercial ambitions are achieved safely and sustainably.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the exclusive front-end interface representing the WorldFirst CRO functions to the business departments, centrally receiving, managing, and prioritizing all risk review requests for new products, new markets, and new customer segments.
  • Serve as an "internal risk consultant" for the business by developing a deep and nuanced understanding of business strategies and product logic, delivering one-stop, closed-loop, and holistic risk solutions.
  • Design and implement pragmatic risk solutions that facilitate business growth while safeguarding the company against regulatory, money laundering, fraud, and financial risks.
  • Partner closely with product, tech, and commercial teams to embed risk controls seamlessly into the product development lifecycle from day one.
  • Communicate complex risk assessments, policies, and mitigation clearly to business leaders, ensuring alignment and fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify emerging risks in new business initiatives and proactively propose innovative, commercially viable solutions to address them.
