Core requirement7+ years in risk, compliance, or financial crime at a payments, fintech, or banking institution; cross-border experience strongly preferred
Deep working knowledge of local market practice, documentation norms, and financial crime typologies in the region
Strong risk solutioning — able to design proportionate controls, not only flag risk
Excellent written documentation in clear English — frameworks, policy, and risk assessments
Comfortable operating across commercial and compliance functions; pragmatic and business-enabling
