JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is for a key team member of a new program that is responsible for designing and implementing the processes and reporting related to the Risk Management & Compliance organizations efforts around global delivery and off shoring of resources. This will include collaboration with key leaders across Risk Management & Compliance, coordinated efforts with the Enterprise Procurement Team, and the opportunity to drive our risk organization to make progress on an important strategic priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping drive the development of the Risk Management and Compliance global delivery processes including:
  • RM&C global delivery playbook
  • Process mapping
  • Procedure development
  • Operations and technology coordination on processes for global delivery that should be consistent across the enterprise
  • Coordination with senior leadership in Risk Management and Compliance for developing annual strategy planning for global delivery.
  • Support RM&C in executing against enterprise initiatives related to global delivery.
  • Draft & develop presentations for a variety of global delivery purposes, including the RM&C Global Delivery Working Group

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven to 10 years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and computer support system knowledge

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
